Shenzhen China Open Championships -
China's most prestigious international competition

The first Shenzhen Star Championships organized by Ganglong Dance Culture Company started in 2003. It is now the most successful international open competition in China, and has attracted attention from the dancing circle worldwide. Its achievement is due to the participation of world leading adjudicators and top class competitors. The entries of the Shenzhen Star Championships has been increasing every year. Each year there are more than 2000 couples participating in the Championships, including competitors from over 30 countries.The competiton events cover from Under 10 to Professional events. In 2009, the Shenzhen Star Championships held the first World Dance Council World Cup in China for Professional Latin and Standard.

In 2010, ¨The Shenzhen Star Championships〃 change its name to ¨Shenzhen China Open Championships〃. And the WDC World Cup for Professional Latin and Standard will be also held during its three days' events. This World Dance Council World Cup for Professional Latin and Standard will be held every year in this Championships.
